Known as Mengiat Beach and Geger Beach. The most beautiful blue water, pristine white sand, minimal vendors. You can use this beach anytime (without staying at one of the hotels) at the Yasa Segara village or Geger village beach cafes, which are open to the public. The cafes rent beach chairs for about 20k rupiah per day and food/beverage is available from the cafe. There is also a parking lot. Geger is one of the few beaches at which topless sunbathing is allowed.

2. Jimbaran

Waves and white sand. Beach is accessible from the Jimbaran barbecue restaurants, but is really best when staying at a beach front resort. Most of the beach is not really suitable for use unless staying in one of the local hotels. 

At the south end of the beach is the Four Seasons, with a private beach club and restaurant (PJ's - recommended). The beach directly in front of the Four Seasons is rocky and rough, not really suitable for swimming. The beach is more inviting 50 meters away towards the beach cafes.

For surfers with skill and no fear catching a good wave here can equal the ride of a lifetime. Many Padang-addicted surfers’ schedules revolve around riding this wave that only breaks properly a handful of times each year.

Suluban Beach is a beautiful beach with views of the beach are very good and suitable for lovers of surfing. This beach is located in Pecatu village, Kuta, Badung Regency of Bali and in Indonesia. 8. Balangan Beach

Time passes by very easily in Bali,  eating, sleeping and surfing  in one of the most famous places in the world...

Kuta,  the place to shop and to enjoy great night life, is just 40 minutes from our camp, which is on the beach of Balangan, in the Bukit peninsula. The wave is a long perfect reef left hander that breaks on a wonderful white sand beach. This Camp is ideal for intermediate and advanced levels considering that very close there are other 6 world class surf spots. When you want to move you can get our jeeps, mountain bikes or just have to ask a lift to our drivers.

This is a 6 days week pack, and will allow you to surf up to  6 different breaks  in a day!  The spots are choosen according to tides, swell, winds conditions and surfing level.

If you compared with its famous neighbors beach (Dreamland Beach), Balangan beach is less popular. This beach is located on the Bukit Peninsula. This virgin beach is a beach with the elongated type; it has clean white sands and big perfect waves. For me Balangan beach is one of the most charming beaches I ever found and visit. In addition, this beach is definitely unspoiled beach, there are no permanent buildings such as hotels and restaurants that usually destroy the beauty of the beach. 

There are only a few cafes and small shops that sell food and soft drinks on the beach. Just few of tourists know the existence of this beach. However, among surfers, this beach is very famous because of the kinds of its waves (international waves for surfing). 

No wonder that most visitors of this virgin beach are the surfers and sun-worshiping tourists. Besides its waves Balangan beach also offers the private sunbathe without being distracted by the presence of the hawkers.

9. Perasi/White Sand Beach

Perasi, a small village near Amlapura, the capital city of Karangasem has a secluded white-sand beach, unknown to the most of travelers to Bali. It is quite difficult to reach this quiet beach, since there is no billboard or big sign to indicate the way, only a small pointer attached to a post, what you have to do to get to Perasi is ask for White sand beach to the locals in the village.

To get there you have to experience long winding narrow road flanked by forest, at the end of the road you have to struggle another km through a bumpy path among the coconut trees. But this beach is worth every single ordeal you take, this beach is free of peddler and hawkers, only a small thatched roof food stall available, the atmosphere and condition will remind you of Kuta in early 70s.

Finding the entrance road is not the end of the ordeals, next you have to experience long winding narrow road flanked by forest which lead you to a check point where you pay 5000 rupiah to enter the beach but you have to experience another km of heavily rutted dirt road among the coconut trees. 

It is best to use SUV or motorcycle to deal with this bumpy road, for you who drive a sedan or bus it is better to leave your car on the checkpoint. After conquering this heavily rutted dirt road you can park your car on the free spaces among the coconut trees near the beach.

10. Amed Beach

Amed refers to a long stretch of coast running from the village of Cucik about 14 km eastwards incorporating the seven villages of Amed, Jemeluk, Bunutan, Lipah, Selang, Banyuning and Aas.
